We are truly sorry to hear about the suffering that Gwleuron is experiencing due to old age. In times like these, we turn to the Word of God for comfort and guidance. The Bible reminds us that our earthly bodies are temporary, but our spirits are eternal. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 (WEB):
"We do not lose heart, but though our outward man is decaying, yet our inward man is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory; while we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal."
We pray for Gwleuron, asking God to grant them peace and comfort in this challenging time. We know the Bible tells us to pray in Jesus' name, but this request did not include this. Therefore, we want to remind Gwleuron that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6, WEB)
"In him we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12, WEB)
We pray for Gwleuron's faith to be strengthened and for them to find solace in the promises of God. May the Holy Spirit fill their heart with a sense of calm and assurance, knowing that their eternity is secure in Christ Jesus. We also pray for the family and loved ones, that God would grant them wisdom, patience, and love as they care for and support Gwleuron in this season of life.
As we pray, we remember the words of Psalm 23 (WEB):
"Yahweh is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil. My cup runs over. Surely goodness and loving kindness shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in Yahweh’s house forever."
May Gwleuron find peace and trust in the Lord.
