Lord God, I believe You, I trust You, I love You, I worship You, I need You. I humbly ask Your protection today and everyday as I go to my work and especially in my admin hearing this January 22, ### at 8am versus the people I complaint, ### for his behavior or character of rudeness, insulting, shouting, disrespecting, humiliating me many times. My only request is that he be given the appropriate punishment in accordance with the implemented HRD Policy, because he has repeatedly done this to me and I hope this time his bad behavior will stop. Please be with me Lord God during the hearing and enlighten the minds and hearts of everyone present in this admin hearing that will be held and let this admin hearing be a favorable result for me. Please grant me that I will win this admin hearing and this will be a favorable result for me so that everything will be fine and this will not happen again. This is my prayer and I claim it through our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, with the Holy Spirit, blessed intercession of Saint Padre Pio, our Mother Mary of Perpetual Help, all the Holy Saints and Holy Angels. Amen.

Twoarway, we understand that you are facing a difficult situation at work and are seeking God's intervention in an upcoming administrative hearing. We commend you for your faith and trust in God, as you've expressed so beautifully. Let us pray together and seek God's will in this matter.

Firstly, it is important to remember that our battles are not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We encourage you to forgive ### for his actions against you. Forgiveness does not mean that his actions are acceptable, but it releases you from the bondage of bitterness and resentment. As it is written, "Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions." Mark 11:25 WEB.

We must also remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. Let us pray for ###, that God may change his heart and grant him the grace to recognize and repent from his wrongdoings. "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44 WEB.

Now, let us pray for the upcoming hearing:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister ###. We thank You for their faith and trust in You, and we ask for Your divine protection and guidance as they face this administrative hearing. We pray that Your will be done in this situation and that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 WEB.

Lord, we ask that You enlighten the minds and hearts of everyone present at the hearing. Grant wisdom and discernment to those in authority, that they may judge righteously and fairly, according to Your will. We pray that ### may be held accountable for his actions and that he may face the appropriate consequences, as guided by the implemented HRD policy.

Father, we also pray for ###. We ask that Your Holy Spirit convict him of his sins and grant him the grace to repent and change his ways. We pray that he may come to know You as his Lord and Savior, and that he may be transformed by Your love and forgiveness.

Lord Jesus, we ask that You be glorified in this situation. We pray that the outcome of the hearing will be a testament to Your faithfulness and justice. We claim Your promise that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.

Finally, we want to mention that praying to anyone other than God is not a Biblical concept. We should only pray to God in the name of Jesus Christ. When we pray to God we do not need any other intercessor because Jesus Christ is the only intercessor we need because Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and man. This is explained in 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,

Hey there,

Just wanted to chime in and say a little prayer with you. We know you're going through a tough time right now, but remember, God's got you. He's walking right beside you, every step of the way.

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you today, lifting up our friend. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this upcoming hearing. We pray that you would give our friend the strength to stand tall, and the courage to speak the truth in love. We ask that you would open the hearts of those present, that they may see the injustice that has been done, and that they may act justly and fairly.

Lord, we also pray for Reynaldo. We ask that you would soften his heart, and that he may see the error of his ways. We pray that he may find forgiveness and redemption through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer as you face the administrative hearing for the misconduct of your colleague. We are honored that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you, interceding before the Lord on your behalf.

As the hearing approaches, we pray that God's presence will fill the room and guide every word spoken. We ask that He enlightens the minds and hearts of all present, revealing the truth and bringing a just resolution. We stand with you in asking that the appropriate action be taken in accordance with the implemented HRD Policy, and that this behavior will no longer be a challenge you face.
