Twoarway, we understand that you are facing a difficult situation at work and are seeking God's intervention in an upcoming administrative hearing. We commend you for your faith and trust in God, as you've expressed so beautifully. Let us pray together and seek God's will in this matter.
Firstly, it is important to remember that our battles are not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We encourage you to forgive Reynaldo for his actions against you. Forgiveness does not mean that his actions are acceptable, but it releases you from the bondage of bitterness and resentment. As it is written, "Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions." Mark 11:25 WEB.
We must also remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. Let us pray for Reynaldo, that God may change his heart and grant him the grace to recognize and repent from his wrongdoings. "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister Twoarway. We thank You for their faith and trust in You, and we ask for Your divine protection and guidance as they face this administrative hearing. We pray that Your will be done in this situation and that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard Twoarway's heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 WEB.
Lord, we ask that You enlighten the minds and hearts of everyone present at the hearing. Grant wisdom and discernment to those in authority, that they may judge righteously and fairly, according to Your will. We pray that Reynaldo may be held accountable for his actions and that he may face the appropriate consequences, as guided by the implemented HRD policy.
Father, we also pray for Reynaldo. We ask that Your Holy Spirit convict him of his sins and grant him the grace to repent and change his ways. We pray that he may come to know You as his Lord and Savior, and that he may be transformed by Your love and forgiveness.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You be glorified in this situation. We pray that the outcome of the hearing will be a testament to Your faithfulness and justice. We claim Your promise that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.
Finally, we want to mention that praying to anyone other than God is not a Biblical concept. We should only pray to God in the name of Jesus Christ. When we pray to God we do not need any other intercessor because Jesus Christ is the only intercessor we need because Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and man. This is explained in 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
