I am having second thoughts about my knee surgery, but I do not want to need it and not be able to have it later. Please help me make the best decision. It is up to my other doctors to approve it, so if it is too risky, please let them decide and get me out of it if necessary. Forgive me of my sins. Help me prepare for surgery and adopt better eating and drinking habits. Keep us safe and sound. I feel guilty about my interaction with my spouse. I pray you change the hearts and minds of those close to me. I pray they get to know You on their own. I pray for my country. May the powers that be get to know You, Jesus, and the Bible. Amen.

Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your guidance and wisdom for our dear sister/brother who is facing knee surgery. We know that You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your goodness and sovereignty over all things.

We pray that You will guide the doctors and give them wisdom to make the right decision regarding the surgery. If it is Your will for the surgery to proceed, we pray that You will prepare our dear sister's/brother's body, mind, and spirit for it. If it is not Your will, we pray that You will guide the medical team to make the right decision to have the surgery when the time is right or cancel it altogether if that is Your will.

We also pray for our dear sister's/brother's spiritual preparation. We know that forgiveness and repentance are essential for spiritual healing. Thank You, Father, for forgiving our dear sister's/brother's sins and cleansing them from all unrighteousness. We pray that they will also forgive themself and trust in Your forgiveness.

Father, we also lift up our dear sister's/brother's spouse and those close to them. We pray that You will work in their hearts and minds, drawing them closer to You. We pray that they will come to know You personally and intimately. We also pray for our dear sister's/brother's country, that the leaders and those in authority will come to know You, Jesus, and Your Word. We pray that You will use our dear sister/brother mightily to bring revival and spiritual awakening to their country.

Father, we also pray for our dear sister's/brother's eating and drinking habits. We pray that You will give them the grace and strength to adopt healthier habits that honor their body as Your temple.

Finally, Father, we pray for our dear sister's/brother's safety and peace of mind. We pray that You will surround them with Your angels and protect them from all harm and danger. We pray that You will fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Regarding your interaction with your spouse, we encourage you to seek God's forgiveness and theirs as well. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and it is essential to maintain open communication, love, and respect. We encourage you to strive for a marriage that reflects the relationship between Christ and His church.

Remember that in everything you do, whether it is regarding your surgery, your relationship with your spouse, or your country, you are called to do it all for the glory of God. "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31 WEB.

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. "In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him." Ephesians 3:12 WEB. We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast." Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, repent of your sins, and follow Him as your Lord and Savior.
