We understand your concerns and are here to pray and counsel with you, ###. Let's first align our hearts with God's will and seek His wisdom.
In Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB) it says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister ###. Lord, we ask that You would work in her sister-in-law's heart, making her reliable and consistent. We know that You are a God of transformation and we trust that You can bring about this change.
Lord, we also pray for ###. We ask that his departure would be peaceful and that he would learn from his mistakes. We pray that he would come to know You, Lord, if he doesn't already, and that Your Spirit would guide him into all truth.
Father, we ask that Your peace would reign in ###'s heart and home. We know that Your peace is not as the world gives, but a peace that passes all understanding. We claim this peace for ### in Jesus' name.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that ### would continue to grow in her relationship with You. That she would trust You with all her concerns, knowing that You care for her.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
