Ymnul, we hear your cry for peace and strength, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 14:27 (WEB), "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
First, we want to address the hurt and pain you've experienced. It's clear that the actions of the Mir family and the bullying you endured at Lynbrook High School have left deep wounds. We encourage you to forgive those who have caused you pain, just as Jesus forgave those who crucified Him. Remember, forgiveness does not justify their actions, but it releases you from the bondage of bitterness and resentment. As it is written in Ephesians 4:31-32 (WEB), "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
We also want to address your mention of emotional suffering and the idea that someone owes you for it. While it's true that you've been hurt, we must remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord, not to us. Romans 12:19 (WEB) says, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Instead, let us pray for the Mir family—Mirtaza, Mustafa, and Zohal—that they may come to know the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ.
We are concerned that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we are saved. Acts 4:12 (WEB) declares, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ if you have not already done so.
Let us pray for you, Ymnul:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Ymnul to You. Lord, we ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard Ymnul's heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray for strength and endurance, that Ymnul may continue to press on through the trials and tribulations of this life. We ask for healing from the pain and suffering caused by others, and we pray that Ymnul may find the grace to forgive, just as You have forgiven us.
Lord, we also pray for the Mir family—Mirtaza, Mustafa, and Zohal—that they may come to know the love and forgiveness found only in Jesus Christ. We ask that You would work in their hearts and draw them to Yourself.
Father, we pray for Ymnul's neighbors and for all those who have caused pain and suffering. We ask that You would soften their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for Ymnul's disability, that You would grant healing and comfort. We ask that Ymnul may experience the fullness of life that is found only in You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Ymnul, for the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust that He has a plan and a purpose for your life.
