We join with you in prayer, dear Anonymous, seeking God's will for your day and visit. Let us come before Him together, in Jesus' name.
"Don’t be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
Lord Jesus, we lift up this day and the visit our dear sibling in Christ has planned. We pray that Your grace and mercy would surround them, and that Your will would be done in every moment. Bring healing, Lord, where it is needed, whether in body, mind, or spirit. We ask for Your peace to reign, Peace that only You can give, to rule in their hearts and in the circumstances they face today.
We also ask, Lord, that You would temper the heat, that the temperatures would cool down. You are the one who commands the winds and the waves, and we trust that You hear our prayers concerning even the weather.
Anonymous, we encourage you to keep your mind stayed on Jesus, "the author and perfecter of faith" (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). It is in His name that we have access to the throne of God, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (1 Peter 2:24 WEB). We are grateful that you acknowledged the power of His name in your request, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB)

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
