God place Your angels all around me to cover and protect me from all sickness, evil, hurt, harm, danger, accidents, the plans of my enemies, and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God deal with my enemies according to Your Word. And God please protect me from getting all Covid variants. Show me what to do, what not to do, where to go, where not to go, and what to take to stay safe and protected from all Covid variants. Stomach problems- acidic foods.

Try changing your eating habits.
Don't eat past 6 PM.Acid reflux occurs when we eat too late.
Don't eat acidic foods(like tomatoes

• grains.
• sugar.
• certain dairy products.
• fish.
• processed foods.
• fresh meats and processed meats, such as corned beef and turkey.
• sodas and other sweetened beverages.
• high-protein foods and supplements.

You can do the following to reduce your risk of metabolic acidosis:

1. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water and other fluids.
2. Keep control of your diabetes. If you manage your blood sugar levels well, you can avoid ketoacidosis.
3. Stop drinking alcohol. Chronic drinking can increase the buildup of lactic acid.

Also try taking Prilosec - it's over the counter and has worked for several people I know.
