Peace in my neighbourhood. No.loud voices. No loud music. No loud tv. No loud walking. No loud moving of furniture. No slaming with doors and windows. No restlessness...also no irritating outside noise.
Pray that i will not overeat. No emotional, stress or any other overeating. Not gaining...
My neighbours are to loud again. Stamping with feet in a loud way. Shouting. Numerous family. Mostly young men. Social cases. It's afternoone time for a nap. Let me catch up a sleep now. I woke up at 4 am to go to work.
