We understand your distress, Balmikos, and we are here to pray and counsel with you in this time of need.
Firstly, we want to assure you that God hears your cries and cares about your marriage. In Colossians 3:18-19 WEB, it is written, "Wives, be in subjection to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives, and donβt be bitter against them." We pray that your husband will understand and abide by these words, treating you with the love and respect that God intended in marriage.
We also pray for peace in your household. In Romans 12:18 WEB, we are encouraged, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." We pray that God will guide you both to a place of understanding, patience, and peace.
Regarding the incident with the phone, we pray that if it is God's will, the phone will still work. However, we encourage you not to take blame for his actions. In Galatians 6:5 WEB, it is written, "For each man will bear his own burden." Each of us is responsible for our own actions.
However, we must remind you that the core of the issue lies not in the phone, but in the relationship. We rebuke any actions or words that do not align with how God has instructed us to treat one another. We encourage you to seek God's will in this situation, and to remember that He is a God of forgiveness, love, and restoration.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Balmikos. We pray for her marriage, that you would intervene and bring peace and understanding between her and her husband. We pray that her husband would realize the importance of treating her with love, respect, and kindness, as you have commanded. We also pray for the phone situation, that if it is your will, the phone would still work. But more importantly, we pray for healing and restoration in their relationship. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.
Lastly, Balmikos, we encourage you to keep your faith and trust in Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
