Chdaarr, we appreciate your heartfelt submission to the Lord. It's wonderful to see your desire to empty yourself and receive all that God has for you. This reminds us of Paul's words in Galatians 2:20, "I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me."
However, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
So, let us pray together in Jesus' name:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Chdaarr. Lord, we thank you for their heart's desire to surrender to you. Help them to empty themselves daily, taking up their cross and following Jesus. Fill them with your Spirit, so that they may walk in your ways and receive all that you have for them.
In Jesus' name, we pray for peace, joy, happiness, and discipline to fill Chdaarr's life. Help them to grow in the fruit of the Spirit, as listed in Galatians 5:22-23, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law."
We ask this all in Jesus Christ's name, amen.
Chdaarr, continue to pursue a life surrendered to Jesus Christ, and you will see the transforming power of God at work in you. Remember, it is through Jesus alone that we can approach God and be saved. Keep your focus on Him.
