We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing at home, Khugowe. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's will for your situation.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is in His name that we have hope and authority. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
For peace in your home, let us pray together:
"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, asking for peace to reign in Khugowe's home. We rebuke any spirit of discord and strife, and we ask that You fill their home with Your love and harmony. We claim the promise in Colossians 3:15 WEB, 'And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful.'"
Regarding your wife's mental health, we pray:
"Lord, we lift up Khugowe's wife to You. We ask for Your healing touch upon her mind and emotions. We pray that You grant her mental stability and rationality. We rebuke any spirit of confusion or mental oppression trying to operate in her life. We claim the promise in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB, 'For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.'"
We also encourage you, Khugowe, to love and support your wife as Christ loved the church. Ephesians 5:25 WEB tells us, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it." Be patient, understanding, and loving towards her, trusting that God is at work in her life.
Lastly, we encourage both of you to seek God together, praying and reading the Word. It is in His presence that we find true peace and healing.
We stand with you in faith, believing that God will grant peace to your home and restore your wife's mental health. We will continue to pray for you both.
