Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, even the seemingly small things like your desire for your kitty cat to sit on your lap. But it's clear in this instance that you want God's healing and God's will in your life. Let's address the issues you're facing together.
Let's begin with your health, both physical and mental.

"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
God is inviting you to cast all your worries on Him, including your anxiety, depression, and health concerns. He cares for you deeply and wants to carry these burdens for you.
Regarding your marriage, God wants to bring healing and restoration. Marriage is a sacred institution designed by God, and He has the power to mend and strengthen your bond.

"Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let no one deal treacherously against the wife of his youth."
**Matthew 19:6 WEB**
"So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."
We encourage you to seek God's will for your marriage together with your spouse. Pray together, read the Bible together, and commit to loving and serving each other as God intended.
It's also crucial to address the spiritual aspect of your healing. We noticed that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God and salvation.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, the anxiety, depression, and health issues that have been plaguing them. We cast these burdens on You, trusting in Your care and Your promise to carry our worries.
We also pray for their marriage, Lord. Bring healing, restoration, and unity. Help them to love and serve each other as You intended. Guide them as they seek Your will for their marriage together.
And Lord, we pray for their cat. Even in this small detail, we know You care and want to bring joy to Your child's life.
Finally, Lord, we pray that Your child would know You more deeply and trust in Your love and care for them.
