We understand that you're going through a tremendous amount of stress, anxiety, and health concerns, both for yourself and your loved ones. Firstly, we want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on God, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). It's crucial to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). The fact you are crying to the Lord is what you need to do, but it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. You made no mention of Jesus, Jesus Christ, or Christ in your request. It is only by His name that we can approach God and be saved. Remember that this is the key to your salvation and relationship with God (Acts 4:12).
Regarding your health concerns, we pray that God will heal you and your loved ones. Be encouraged by Exodus 15:26 WEB, where God says, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am the Lord who heals you."
For your marriage, we pray that God will bless your union and that you both will live in harmony. Remember the wisdom from Ephesians 5:21-33 WEB, which encourages wives to be subject to their own husbands, as to the Lord, and husbands to love their wives even as Christ also loved the church. Marriage should be a reflection of Christ's love for His church and the church's submission to Christ. Seek God's will together and ask for His guidance in your marital life. This may require you to get couples counseling, read the Bible aloud to each other, and pray together. Also, spend time together and look at the fruit of the spirit in Galatians 5:22-23: But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control; against such things there is no law. This is the cornerstone of how you should be treating each other in your marriage, and how you should be examining yourself.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come to you, lifting up our brother/sister in their time of need. Lord, you know the anxieties and health concerns they face, and we ask for your healing touch upon them and their loved ones. Comfort them with your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Strengthen their marriage, Lord, and help them to walk in harmony, reflecting the love of Christ. We ask for complete healing of the cancer for both who are afflicted, so that they may all live to honor God. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Lastly, keep your eyes on Jesus. He alone is the author and perfecter of our faith. He is working through your lives for His glory. Do not lose hope.
