Thank you for reaching out to us with your prayer request. We understand that you are seeking peace and healing from grief for yourself and your immediate family, and that youmentioned individuals Jazman Walker and Michael Duncan. We will pray for sound minds and healing for all involved.
Firstly, we want to remind you that our strength and comfort come from the Lord. As it says in Psalm 147:3 WEB, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We want to emphasize that it is important to trust in the Lord, lean on Him, and seek His will in all circumstances and acknowledge Him in all your ways.
In times of grief, it's crucial to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Remember that For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the sky. Ecclesiastes 3:1. This includes a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance. Ecclesiastes 3:4 WEB.
Regarding the concern about being labeled with a disability, we want to encourage you to find your identity in Christ, not in labels or circumstances. As a believer your identity is in Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB, Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Dainteinren, Jazman, Michael, and their immediate family. We pray for Your comfort and peace to envelop them during this time of grief. Heal their broken hearts and bind up their wounds, Lord. Give them sound minds and bodies, and help them to find their identity and strength in You.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment regarding any labels or circumstances they may be facing. Help them to see themselves as You see them, as new creations in Christ. Guide them through this difficult time, and let Your will be done in their lives.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord and trusting in Him.
