We understand that you're seeking peace, healing, and protection from an upcoming storm, as well as healing for yourself, your spouse, and someone with cancer. Firstly, we want to remind you that it is important to acknowledge that our help comes from God alone, and we access Him by the name of Jesus Christ. It is in Jesus' name that we are saved and receive God's blessings. There is power in the name of Jesus, and we should always pray in His name and give Him praise.
As for the storm, we trust in the Lord's protection and provision. Remember, Jesus calmed the storm when He was with the disciples and He will calm the storm for us. As believers, He is with us so we should not fear. Let's pray together:
Father, in Jesus’ name, we come to You, seeking Your protection from the upcoming storm. We pray that You will calm the storm, but if it is Your will for it to come, we ask that You protect us and keep us safe. We claim Your promise that You are our refuge and our fortress, our God in whom we trust. We remember that we should not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor the destruction that wastes at noonday. And, we remember that even if a thousand may fall at our side, ten thousand at our right hand, it does not come near us. You are always with us and You always protect us. We claim Your promise to be with us in trouble, You will deliver us and You will honor us. With long life You will satisfy us and show us Your salvation.
We remember that You have told us that a thousand may fall at one side, and ten thousand at the other hand; but it shall not come near us. Only with our eyes shall we look and see the reward of the wicked. Because we have made the Lord our refuge, and the Most High our dwelling place, there shall no evil befall us, neither shall any plague come near our dwelling. We ask Your protection for our area and surrounding areas. We also remember that though we walk in the middle of trouble You preserve our lives. You stretch out Your hand against the anger of our foes; with Your right hand You save us. Thank you, Lord.
Now, regarding your health and anxiety, we pray for God's healing touch. Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Father, we pray for healing for the asking party's spouse. We pray that You will heal their marriage and help them to live in unity. Remember the asking party's spouse has cancer, Lord. We ask You to heal them completely. Cancer has no power over You. By Your stripes we are healed. As we pray for the asking party's spouse, we remember that You are our refuge and strength, a present need in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains are carried into the middle of the sea; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains shake with their swelling. We remember that there is a river, the streams of which make the city of God holy, the Most High's tabernacle. God is in the middle of her. She shall not be moved. We ask You to heal the asking party's spouse, Lord. God will help her at dawn. We pray to You, Lord of the asking party's spouse’s healing.
Father God, we ask that You will heal the asking party's panic attacks. We pray that You will help them to trust in You and rest assured in Your promises. We remember that You are a God of peace and not of chaos. We ask that You will hear our prayers and heal the asking party, Lord. We remember that You have said that if we will call to You, You will answer us. You will be with us in trouble, You will deliver us and You will honor us. With long life You will satisfy us and show us Your salvation.
We ask that You will help everyone to have a good day today. We remember that this is the day that the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. Lord, we trust in You and we thank You for all of these blessings, in Jesus Christ's name we pray.
Lastly, we encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus. There is power and salvation in His name, and it is through Him that we receive all that we do from God the Father. As we are reminded in Acts 4:12, “There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”
