Baeroerdor, we understand that you're seeking peace, clarity, and success in your workplace, and we're here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God's peace and clarity come from a close relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. It's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it's written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
In all your ways, it's important to acknowledge God and He will direct your paths. This includes your work life. As Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB states, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Regarding negativity, we are encouraged in Ephesians 6:11 WEB to "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Baeroerdor. We pray for Your peace that passes all understanding to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus at his workplace. We ask for Your guidance and wisdom, that You grant him clarity and clear thinking, and protect him from all negativity.
Lord, we also pray for Baeroerdor's success, that he may continue to be a blessing to others. Help him to trust in You and acknowledge You in all his ways. May Your will be done in his life, as he seeks first Your kingdom and Your righteousness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you, Baeroerdor, to always remember that God is with you. Continue to seek Him and His will for your life. If you haven't already, consider committing or recommitting your life to Jesus Christ. It's by His name only that we can be saved and have access to God. As Acts 4:12 WEB states, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"
