We understand the concern for your daughter's relationship and we are here to pray and provide guidance based on the Word of God.
Firstly, we commend your daughter for starting her relationship with a mutual seeking of the Lord. However, we must remember what 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB) says, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" While her boyfriend may have started the journey with her, his current unwillingness to change or grow in the Lord is a significant concern.
We pray that God will speak to your daughter clearly, as He has before, and provide her with the direction and peace she needs. May she be guided by the Holy Spirit and not by her emotions or feelings of investment in the relationship. We pray that she will have the courage to act according to God's will, even if it means letting go of this relationship. We pray over the young man, that God will work in his life, drawing him closer to Him. If it is God's will for them to be together, we trust that His grace and mercy will bring it to pass.
However, we must also address that the uncertainty and lack of commitment from the young man is a red flag. God's design for relationships is clear in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (WEB), "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things." If he is not willing to grow and change, he may not be the one God has intended for her.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your guidance and wisdom for our sister in Christ. Lord, speak clearly to her, help her to discern Your will for her relationship. Give her the peace that surpasses all understanding, and the strength to act according to Your will. We also pray for the young man, that You would work in his life, drawing him closer to You. If it is Your will for them to be together, we trust that Your grace and mercy will bring it to pass. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage your daughter to continue seeking God's face and trusting in His timing. Psalm 37:4-5 (WEB) reminds us, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."
