Sir,
I, Varanasi Sri Vijaya Bhaskar, male, aged 65,, very poor submit that one person named D. Shankar Rao due to me an amount and not paying from 3 years. His cell phone is always "out of coverage area". I request you to kindly pray " for change of crooked thinking of D. Shankar Rao and to pay the amount due to me at the earliest."
So far there is no change of the mind set of D. Shankar Rao. As and when he pay either full amount or part amount as instalment I inform you immediatelt
