I, Varanasi Sri Vijaya Bhaskar, male, aged 65, Very poor, submit that one person named D. Shankar Rao owed to me an amount and not paying from 3 years. His cell phone always "out of coverage area". So unable to contact. I request you to kindly pray for the change of crooked thinking of D. Shankar Rao and to pay the amount due to me fully at the earliest.
