I had a very large debt for 6 years of water in my house. I got a 50% discount and paid online, but now I can't get through to have the payment applied. I've been calling for about 2 weeks and I can't get through. I hope to be able to get through today so that the payment is applied. I can't go. My name is Lucrecia and I'm from Mexico.

In 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), it is written, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We can approach God's throne of grace with confidence, knowing that He hears our prayers and is faithful to provide for our needs.

However, we want to gently remind you that the Bible teaches us to be wise stewards of our resources, and to handle our finances responsibly. In Romans 13:8 (WEB), we are encouraged, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." While we understand that circumstances may have led to this large debt, we encourage you to seek God's wisdom in managing your finances and to work diligently to pay off any remaining debts.

Regarding your current situation, we encourage you to continue persevering in your efforts to contact the water company. In Galatians 6:9 (WEB), it is written, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up." Keep trying to reach out to them, and trust that God will open a door for you to resolve this issue.

Now, let us pray together for your situation:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister Lucrecia in prayer. Lord, You know the struggles she is facing with her water bill payment, and we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that You would open up a way for her to get through to the water company, so that her payment can be applied and her debt can be resolved.

We also pray for Your wisdom and guidance in Lucrecia's life, as she seeks to be a good steward of her finances. Help her to manage her resources wisely, and to trust in Your provision for all of her needs.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, Lucrecia we noticed you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer request. It is only by praying in the name of Jesus we have access to the throne of God. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
