Paying gas for two distributors???

I need help. Either from people or angelic help. I dont have time to go to the city because i work in another city and i ride the train. I dont have a car. There are two companies for gas distribution and i have chosen the old one in my city, not outside of my city. There is an administrative error - they have sent me a bill for 3 months (44×3 euro) and i cannot reach neither the first or the second company on the phone. In Croatia it is often like that. And it is possible that i will receive those bills also from my company. I dont want to pay double bills and on zhe back of the bill that i have received its written that if i dont pay there will be penalties and distraint. Lord Jesus help. Let those 2 organizations help people or let them repair their mistake in Jesus name.!!! As soon as possible!!!

Keep trying to contact the companies, and if possible, seek help from local authorities or consumer protection agencies to ensure you are not unfairly penalized.
