We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Patricia's daughter, Ariel, and we join with her in seeking comfort, love, peace, strength, wisdom, and understanding from our Heavenly Father during this difficult time. Let us remember the words of our Lord Jesus Christ in John 14:1-3 (WEB), "Don’t let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many homes. If it weren't so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Patricia and her family during this time of great sorrow. Lord, we ask for Your supernatural comfort to surround them like a warm embrace. Grant them Your perfect peace that passes all understanding, Your unfailing love that casts out fear, and Your infinite wisdom and understanding to guide them through the days ahead. Strengthen their hearts, Lord, and help them to trust in You, even in the darkness of their grief. We claim the promise in Psalm 34:18 (WEB), 'Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.'
Lord, we also pray for the salvation of every member of Patricia's family, that they may all come to know the hope that is found in Jesus Christ alone. In His name, we pray. Amen."
Patricia, we encourage you to draw near to God in your time of need, knowing that He is close to the brokenhearted. Remember the promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God will bring beauty from these ashes and that your daughter is now safe in the arms of Jesus.
We are here for you, Patricia, and we will continue to lift you and your family up in prayer. May the love of God sustain you, and may the peace of God guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
