First and foremost, we need to address the seriousness of the issues you've mentioned and bring them before the Lord. The Bible tells us, For anyone who enters into God's rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience Hebrews 4:10-11 WEBB. It is only by turning to Jesus Christ and believing in him that we find true rest, peace, and forgiveness. Only Jesus Saves and forgives sins. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
Regarding the relationship issue, we must encourage you to examine it in light of biblical principles. It is alarming that the person you thought you loved is communicating with their ex. If this person is not seeking the Lord wholeheartedly and not pursuing godly behavior, it may not be wise or biblical to continue this relationship. God calls us to be equally yoked with fellow believers. Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB.
We also want to address that the strength you need for the upcoming month will only truly come from the Lord. God's word tells us, I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me Philippians 4:13 WEB. Remember that God is your ultimate source of strength and comfort.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Elmainath in their time of need. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness for the sins they have committed and pray that they will turn to Jesus Christ and be saved. We pray for Your guidance and wisdom in their relationship, that You would give them the discernment to know if this is a godly path and for strength in Jesus Christ. Help to turn from any past mistakes and live fully for You. Give them the power of the Holy Spirit to make the necessary changes in their life, no matter how difficult they may be. We ask for Your divine intervention and comfort during this challenging time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
