We are glad to join you in prayer and offer guidance as you prepare for your USMLE exam. Firstly, we want to address that it is wonderful that you are seeking forgiveness, but we want to remind you that it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we are forgiven. It is not by our works or by being a good Catholic, it is only by the grace of God that we are saved. As the Bible says in Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB, For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast.
We also notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We encourage you to put saving faith in Jesus if you have not already. This is the only way to be forgiven from your sins.
Now, regarding your exam, we encourage you to study diligently and to the best of your abilities, trusting that God will guide you and give you wisdom. In Proverbs 2:6 WEB, it says For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Buthdraris as they prepare for their USMLE exam. We zero in together asking for wisdom, understanding and knowledge in this test. We ask that you forgive any anxiety or worry and that you give Buthdraris peace. We believe by faith that you are guiding Buthdraris and that you will be with them during the exam. Lord, we also pray for their salvation and relationship with you and we ask this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
We encourage you to trust in God's will for your life and to seek Him first. As it says in Matthew 6:33 WEB, But seek first Gods Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Trust in God's plan for you, and know that He is always with you.
We also encourage you to be in the word, reading the bible to grow and learn about the character of God. Pray and communicate with God often. Also, it is important to find fellowship with other believers. Surround yourself with Christians to study, pray, and live this Christian life with brother and sisters in Christ by attending church regularly.
