Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, humbly asking for Your mercy and grace. Just as Elijah prayed earnestly for rain and You answered his prayers, we too seek Your divine intervention. Lord, our land is parched and in desperate need of rain. We ask that You open the heavens and pour out Your blessings upon us, that the earth may bring forth its fruit and sustain us.
Your Word says in James 5:17-18, "Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit." We stand on this promise, believing that You hear our prayers and will respond in Your perfect timing.
Lord, we pray for the farmers, the animals, and all those who are affected by this drought. May Your rain bring relief and restoration. We trust in Your provision and Your power to bring life-giving water to our land.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
