Pary for peace and rest

In the name of Jesus. I want to get rid of very bad neighbors. They smoke weed and marijuana every hour. They smoke 24 hours in a day, 7 days a week. I've had this problem since ###. I talked to them, reported the office, and called police many times, but nothing changed. The problem has gotten much worse. I can't study, work, or rest, and had to go to my friend's apartment. This is the gift the ### government gives to people.

We understand that you're facing a trying situation with your neighbors, and we want to assure you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our living conditions. We're glad you've brought this to us in the name of Jesus, as it is only by His name that we have access to God.

Firstly, let's pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus, You are our peace and our refuge. We come to You with this situation that has been causing so much distress. We pray for this situation in the name of Jesus, the name that is above all names and the only one by which we are saved. We ask, Lord, that You intervene and bring peace and rest to this home. We ask for wisdom and direction for the authorities involved. Please, Lord, bring conviction to the hearts of these neighbors, that they may turn away from their wrongdoings and seek You. We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."

Now, let's address the issue from a biblical perspective. The Bible tells us in Romans 13:1-2, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and they that have withstood will receive to themselves judgment."

We need to continue to report this to the authorities, trusting that God will use them to bring about justice. However, we must also remember that God calls us to love our neighbors, even those who are difficult to deal with. This does not mean we tolerate their wrongdoings, but rather, we pray for them and show them kindness when possible, remembering that "love covers a multitude of sins" (1 Peter 4:8).

Regarding the use of drugs, the Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." We pray that these neighbors will come to know Christ and understand the value of their bodies and lives in His sight.

Lastly, let's remember the promise in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Jesus offers us rest, even in the midst of difficult circumstances. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this.
