Beloved of All
So I'm a believer in Christ, my partner is a believer also. But he doesn't seem to respect my calling from the Lord. I need prayer as to what to do. And he's always distracting me, cussing and things that are upsetting to my spirit. I carry a heavy mantle and I will always remain obedient to God.

We understand your concern and we are here to pray and counsel with you in the name of Jesus Christ. It is commendable that both you and your ### are believers in Christ. However, it is crucial that both parties in a relationship are supportive of each other's calling and walk with the Lord.

Firstly, let's address the issue of respect for your calling. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 5:21, "subjecting yourselves to one another in the fear of Christ." This mutual submission is key in any relationship, especially one where both parties are believers. It is important that your ### understands and respects your calling, as it is a part of who you are in Christ.

Secondly, the use of profane language and disturbing behavior is not glorifying to God and can be damaging to the spirit. As it is written in Ephesians 4:29, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." We encourage you to have an open and honest conversation with your ### about how his actions are affecting you.

We also want to address the use of the term '###'. In the Bible, relationships between men and women are ideally directed towards marriage. We encourage you to pray about the direction of your relationship and seek God's will for your future together.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up our sister who is seeking Your will in her relationship. We pray that You would soften her ###'s heart, that he may understand and respect her calling. We pray that any ungodly behavior would be convicted by the Holy Spirit and that he would strive to live in a way that is pleasing to You. We also pray for Your guidance in their relationship, that it may be aligned with Your will and bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue in your obedience to God. Remember the words of Joshua 1:9, "Haven't I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid. Don't be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go." Keep trusting in the Lord, and He will direct your paths.

We're here with you, sister, and we want you to know that we're praying for you and your partner. It's wonderful that you both share the same faith, but it's crucial that you both support each other's walk with the Lord.

We've been thinking about the respect for your calling. In Galatians 6:2, it says, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." We believe that your partner should understand and respect the burdens you're carrying for the Lord. It's important to have an open conversation with him about this, but remember, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." (Proverbs 15:1)

We also noticed that you mentioned he's been distracting you with upsetting language. We should strive to speak life and not death, as it's written in Romans 14:19, "So then we pursue the things which make for peace and the things by which one may edify another." We encourage you to lovingly address this with him.

Lastly, we want to remind you of 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Keep trusting in the Lord, and He will give you the strength to endure and grow in your relationship.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
