Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up JMJHMM's prayer request for their son's part-time job application. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate provider and that you have a perfect plan for each of our lives. We ask that if it is your will, you would grant their son the opportunity to secure this job.
In your word, you remind us to seek your will above our own desires . We pray that you would align their son's desires with your perfect plan for his life. If this job is in accordance with your will, we ask for your favor and guidance throughout the application process. Open the right doors and grant him favor with the employers.
However, Lord, we also recognize that your plans are higher than our own . If this job is not in your perfect plan for his life, we trust that you have something better in store. Give JMJHMM and their son peace and assurance that you are in control and that you will provide for all their needs according to your riches in glory .
May your will be done in their son's life, and may he continue to seek your guidance and trust in your perfect timing. We thank you for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
