Part of my prayer was answered. Justice was done at my last job that I quit and my boss was let go. I am praying for my director of HR there named ### to reach out to me and for us to restore a connection. I want the Lord to put it on his heart how needed I really was there and that there was a mistake and retaliation done.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ###. We thank you for answering part of their prayer by bringing justice to their previous job and causing their boss to be let go. We acknowledge that you are the ultimate judge and that you work all things together for the good of those who love you.

Lord, we now pray for ###, the director of HR at ###'s previous workplace. We ask that you would touch his heart and prompt him to reach out to ###. Help him to recognize the value and importance that ### brought to the organization. Open his eyes to any mistakes or acts of retaliation that may have occurred, and soften his heart to seek reconciliation.

We pray for restoration of the connection between ### and ###. May there be a spirit of forgiveness and understanding as they communicate. Grant them the opportunity to address any misunderstandings and find a resolution that brings healing and peace.

Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and your ability to bring about reconciliation and restoration. We pray that you would guide and direct this situation according to your will. May your peace and grace be upon ### as they navigate this process.

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Prayers please for ### to soften his heart and reach out to me. Prayers that he will see the good I brought to the organization and not all the documented falsehoods about me my bully ex boss made about me. This hasn’t been answered yet so posting this again. Please pray we can restore a connection and I can receive an apology from him for what happened.
