Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

Dear Lord,
S must be under so much stress right now-she's been caring for her hubby for several months after his stroke, + any progress he has made is very slow. Now S is caring for his mom at home, along with her husband. The mom is likely very old + is on hospice, so apparently she is expected to die soon. S is a caregiver at work + at home, but who is caring for her? Please fill her with peace over these additional burdens, + provide periods of rest + refreshing for her body + spirit. May others help, + may S not be reluctant to ask for help. In your holy name, amen.

I pray that S + her family will feel your peace surround them. My T not get discouraged by his slow progress post-stroke. May he have a breakthrough. I don't know what his physical condition is, but I think he has some expressive aphasia + maybe a little receptive aphasia, although this is unclear bc S said very little about the specifics.
I assume his mom is dying bc she is getting hospice care, but in their own home-so S has to do a lot for both of them, plus caregiving duties at work. She will need a lot of strength. Fill her with extra strength + patience.

S has such a heavy burden right now, as you know. It must be wearing on her + she is probably not taking care of herself. She seems to be such a faithful follower of yours. She sets a great example of faith for all of us.
Give her some relief, Lord. She seems to be a very private person, + with her high profile position in church, I'm sure she doesn't want everyone knowing every little detail of her troubles. It sounds like her husband has made very little progress since his stroke, which was probably at least 3 mos. ago. She has to take care of him + his mom, who I assume is dying since she's on hospice. I pray there is a nurse coming in regularly to do some of the work so S doesn't have to.
I think S + her hub are in their 50s, so he had a stroke while pretty young. He must be very discouraged-it'd be easier to for him take if he were making more progress. I pray he will start making faster progress + won't be stuck in a rut.
Give them peace throughout this, Lord. Send angels to strengthen them. May their sons help too-they're great sons, so I'm sure they will.
