We are truly sorrowful to hear about your parents' health condition. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God is the ultimate healer.
Let us remind ourselves of the power of prayer and the healing that Jesus brings. In the WEB translation, the Book of James, chapter 5 verse 15:
"The prayer of faith will save the sick and the Lord will raise them up and if they have committed sins they will be forgiven."
Also, from 1 Peter 2:24 WEB translation:
"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. 'By his wounds you were healed.'"
In the same way, we must recognize that God is able to turn any situation around, no matter how dire it may seem.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the parents of Bhuornuanath. We ask for Your healing touch upon their bodies and minds, Lord. They have both had strokes and need your miraculous intervention. We rebuke any lingering effects of the strokes, and we pray for complete restoration.
"Lord, we also pray for their faith to be strengthened during this time. Help them to trust in You and Your goodness, even in the midst of their trials. We ask that You would give Bhuornuanath and their family peace and guidance as they navigate this difficult season.
"We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, the only way to eternal life.
"And if You are willing, Lord, please help the parents of Bhuornuanath to also come to saving faith in Jesus Christ if they do not know Him. Help Bhuornuanath to have the wisdom to discuss eternal salvation with their parents in the name of Jesus Christ.
"Lastly, Lord, we ask for forgiveness for Bhuornuanath. Lord, You said in John 14:13 WEB:
"Whatever you ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it."
"Lord, please help Bhuornuanath to always remember to ask in the name of Jesus Christ and always pray in the name of Jesus Christ so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
"Thank you for being our Heavenly Father. Thank You, Lord, for always being willing to listen and help us in our times of need. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage Bhuornuanath to continue trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness, even in the midst of this trial. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. He is working all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
We also encourage Bhuornuanath to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can come to the Father. Jesus Christ said,
"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 WEB.
There is no other way to God than by Jesus Christ. And if You are willing, Lord, please help Bhuornuanath's parents to come to faith in Jesus Christ.
May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen. 2 Corinthians 13:14 WEB.
