We understand that you have been procrastinating on your paperwork and are now concerned about potential issues. First, we want to remind you that God calls us to be diligent in all our endeavors. "Whatsoever your hand finds to do, do it with your might" (Ecclesiastes 9:10, WEB).
While we pray for your paperwork to be in order, we also encourage you to learn from this experience. God uses all circumstances to shape our character. "All things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28, WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who has been delaying their paperwork. Lord, we ask for your mercy and grace, that there would be no issues or penalties. We pray for your peace to fill their heart, casting out all anxiety. We also pray for a spirit of diligence and wisdom, that they may handle their responsibilities promptly in the future.
We celebrate Easter knowing that Jesus Christ conquered death and sin. What an incredible reminder of God's power that we can trust, even with small things, because He loves us.
Lord, we know that you are able to make a way. Guide our brother/sister through this process, and help them to honor you in all their tasks. We also pray that the person always remembers to do things in Jesus Name, and all things in His name will come out well.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to take this as a learning experience. God is faithful and forgiving, and He wants us to live responsibly. As we grow in Christ, let's strive to be more like Him in every area of our lives.
