I would really like prayer as ive been having panic attacks. I have one or two a day. I don't know why I keep having them.

We are truly sorry to hear that you've been experiencing panic attacks, Shrosormen. We want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle, and we are here to pray and support you. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your mental health. The Bible tells us, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." Psalm 55:22 WEB.
Panic attacks can be a manifestation of anxiety, and God's Word has much to say about anxiety. In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, it says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
However, we want to gently remind you that prayer should be directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you have not already, consider putting your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we can be saved.
In addition to prayer, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional about your panic attacks. God has given us wisdom in the form of medicine and counseling, and these should not be neglected. Proverbs 17:22 WEB tells us, "A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Shrosormen. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing with these panic attacks. We ask, Father, that You would touch their body, soul, and spirit, and bring healing and peace. Help them to cast their anxieties on You, and trust in Your care. Guide them to the help they need, both spiritually and medically. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is always with you, even in the midst of panic and fear. Trust in Him, and He will see you through. Be sure to discuss any further issues with your healthcare provider.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
