Lord, I thank you for your grace and mercy. Praying for discernment, peace, healing, protection, and breakthrough in all areas of my life. Still heartbroken about the state of my marriage. I just don't understand what to pray for when it come to my marriage. I been praying for restoration, healing, and saving it. I am not sure if that is what I should be doing anymore. This week has hurt me beyond words with the actions of my husband. Praying in Jesus name I Pray. Amen! -

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for our dear friend who is experiencing a panic attack right now. Lord, we ask for Your divine peace to descend upon them, calming their mind and body. Help them to focus on Your presence, knowing that You are with them in this moment. We rebuke any spirit of fear and anxiety, and we ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, bringing comfort and strength. In Jesus' powerful name, we pray. Amen.
In times like these, it's crucial to remember that God is always with us, and He cares about every aspect of our lives. Trust in Him, and try to focus on slow, deep breaths, recalling God's promises of peace and protection.
"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1 WEB)
If panic attacks persist, we also encourage you to seek godly counsel and professional help, as God often uses healthcare professionals to bring healing and support.
Lastly, if you have not already, consider inviting Jesus Christ into your life as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we have access to God and can experience true peace and salvation.
"Because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB)

Remember, God is right here with us, His love constant and unchanging. In Jesus' name, we claim His promise, "Peace, be still" (Mark 4:39).
