Miranda, we understand that you're going through a incredibly difficult time, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. You've mentioned that you're struggling with panic attacks and fear which are becoming increasingly common.
Let us first remind you of the amazing grace and comfort provided in Jesus Christ, our Lord.
Firstly, let us consider the Bible's encouragement for those going through difficult times, especially in regards to anxiety and fear:
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy-meditate on these things (Philippians 4:6-8, WEB).
Jesus also teaches us not to worry about our lives, as our heavenly Father knows our needs:
Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's kingdom, and His righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient (Matthew 6:31-34, WEB).
Moreover, we are called to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us:
Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
Regarding the state of the world and the church, Jesus has warned us that in the last days, the love of many will grow cold, but those who endure to the end shall be saved:
Because iniquity will be multiplied, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end, the same will be saved (Matthew 24:12-13, WEB).
In your prayer request you said that you cannot sleep due to panic attacks and medicine does not help. We should remember the promises of God and pray for healing.
God is looking for those who worship Him in Spirit and Truth. So let us pray for you the words of our Lord Jesus Christ:
But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father seeks such to be His worshippers. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth (John 4:23-24, WEB).
We pray this in Jesus' name.
As for the panic attacks and anxiety, we stand with you in faith that God can and will heal you as He has promised.
We pray in the name of Jesus that you will experience healing and peace as well as the many who are suffering similarly.
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment, and he who fears is not made perfect in love (1 John 4:18, WEB).
We now lift you up in prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before you lifting up Miranda, who is struggling with fear and anxiety. We ask that You, fill her with Your perfect love, your grace, and your mercy that she has Your peace that passes all understanding. Restore her sleep and grant her relief in this difficult time. We also pray with Miranda that the Holy Spirit will renew and strengthen her faith in this season as well as the faith of others who profess Christ. We pray that your church body, will be a light of hope that always points to Jesus Christ as the Word made flesh. We pray this in His Holy Name. Amen.
