Let's lift up Joseph Gelli & Snayford in prayer. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Ps 34:18). Trust God's comfort & guidance during this time. "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you" (Ps 55:22). Keep believing!
We understand your concern about the palpitations on the right side of your chest, and we're here to pray with you and offer guidance in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we want to remind you that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, as it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB: "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
While we pray for healing, it's also important to seek medical attention to ensure that there are no underlying health issues causing the palpitations. Faith and medicine can work together, as God has given us wisdom in both areas.
Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for our dear friend here. Lord, You know the cause of the palpitations on the right side of their chest. We ask for Your healing power to flow over them, just as the woman with the issue of blood was healed when she touched the hem of Your garment, Lord Jesus. We claim Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17 WEB, 'For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh.
Please guide them to the right medical professionals and give those professionals wisdom to provide the care needed. In all things, let Your will be done, and let our friend's life glorify You.
In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that You hear and answer our prayers. Amen."

If you haven't already, make sure to confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for this is the path to salvation (Romans 10:9 WEB).
