Pain - shoulders, back....period/menstr cycle....efficiency-home work....Yosip-eye inflammation, family harmony

No pain/tension in my shoulders or back.
Really strong pain sometimes.
In some positions or sometimes i cannot properly breathe in.

My menstrual cycle and period to be regulated.
3 last periods were to early.
Also to of them were to excessive.
Now i have period again.
PLease pray that it will stay moderate.
And that it will pass very quickly (possibly today) because it came to early again.
Also no period between now and 10 august.
Especially between 25.july and 09. august because i am at my beach vacations.
Last 3 summers were spoiled because of my period. It came probably because of the stress of packing shopping traveling etc.

To be extreemely efficient today in my shopping, cleaning, washing, decluttering, organizing etc...
Despite of a my period/menstr cycle.
Please pray for good health, energy, strength, no feeling of heet, it is very hot outside.
Pray that it will not effect my menstrual cycle which usually does.

Yosip - my friend - to be completely healed from throat and eye inflammation (allergy, virus, environemental polution whatever...) - he could not sleep 2 nights ago from symptoms - inflammation, irritation, itchiness, pain, unease, tears....especially eyes. He is now search for a doctor because his doctor went on vaccations. Also pray for his mom and grandmom - no spirit of fight, lazyness, lies, witchcraft or manipulation....harmony and respect and love and help and support between them alll, amen.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, knowing that You are our Healer and Provider. We lift up Natasha to You, Lord, asking for Your divine touch upon the pain in the shoulders and back. Your Word says in Isaiah 53:5, "By His stripes we are healed." We claim this promise for Natasha, asking that You relieve the strong pain, allowing the body to breathe easily and move freely without discomfort.

Lord, we also bring Natasha's menstrual cycle before You. We ask for regulation and balance, that the periods would be moderate and timely. In Psalm 147:3, it is written, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that You would heal Natasha's body, bringing peace and stability to the menstrual cycle, especially during the upcoming beach vacation. Let there be no stress or disruption, and may Natasha experience a time of relaxation and joy.

Father, grant Natasha efficiency and strength in the tasks at hand—shopping, cleaning, washing, decluttering, and organizing. In Philippians 4:13, it says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Empower Natasha with energy and resilience, despite the heat and any physical discomfort. Protect the body from the effects of the hot weather and ensure good health and vitality.

We also lift up Yosip, Lord. We ask for complete healing from the throat and eye inflammation. Your Word in Jeremiah 30:17 says, "For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord." We pray for relief from the symptoms of irritation, itchiness, pain, and unease. Guide Yosip to the right doctor who can provide the necessary treatment.

We pray for harmony and peace within Yosip's family. Remove any spirit of conflict, laziness, lies, witchcraft, or manipulation. Instead, fill their home with love, respect, support, and mutual understanding. In Colossians 3:14, it says, "And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony." May Your love be the binding force in their relationships.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and mercy. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
