We are thrilled to hear that the pain and suffering have been greatly reduced. However, we will be addressing the remaining issues through continued prayer and wise counsel from God's word.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up our dear sister and her health concerns. We are grateful for the relief she has experienced from abdominal pain. We ask that you continue to work in her body, regulating her menstrual cycle and making it as it should be. We pray for divine healing, trusting that nothing is impossible for you. We also ask for wisdom in her diet and lifestyle choices, that they may support the miraculous disappearance of gallstones. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."
Regarding health, we are reminded of Paul's words to the Corinthians, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's" We Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB. It is essential to honor God with our bodies, taking care of them as His temple. This includes maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle.
We encourage a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains, while limiting processed foods and sugars. Drinking plenty of water and engaging in regular exercise can also support overall health and help alleviate menstrual irregularities and gallstones. Remember to consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Lastly, we stand in agreement with our sister, praying for her healing, believing that God is good and in control even in physical suffering. We remember the story of the woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years. She said to herself, "If I just touch his garments, I will be made well." When she touched Jesus' garment, he turned around and said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be cured of your disease." Mark 5:28, 34 WEB.
We encourage you to keep your faith strong, trusting in Jesus' healing power. Continue to press into Him, knowing that He cares for you and desires your wholeness. Stand firm in your faith, and do not waver.
