Package missing

The package was never delivered and it seems something’s wrong based on the tracking information, it shows it’s at local delivery center and hasn’t been delivered but also shows it shows in customs which is very unusual, I reached out to the company , they are telling to wait, but just sent me an email telling me to share a proof that item is missing at the local delivery center, it is their job to track and make sure things are delivered, and plus it’s not delivered through usps for me to check, please help, I think it’s a scam for them to put responsibility on buyers to track their mistake. Please pray that there’s justice for this situation and that I either get my package asap or full refund. In Jesus name I pray Amen
