We are saddened to hear about the difficulties your niece, ###, is facing at her workplace. The strife and hatred she is experiencing go against the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ, who calls us to love and unity. As it is written in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the struggles she is facing at her workplace, the strife and hatred that surround her. We pray for Your peace to reign in her heart and mind, and for wisdom to handle these challenges with grace and love.
We rebuke the spirit of discord and hatred, and we ask that You would soften the hearts of her boss and co-workers. May they be convicted of any wrongdoing and seek reconciliation. We also pray for ###'s strength and endurance, that she would shine as a light in the darkness, reflecting Your love and kindness.
Lord, guide ### in her interactions, remind her of Your words in Proverbs 15:1, 'A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.' Help her to respond in a way that brings glory to Your name and promotes peace in her workplace.
Lastly, Father, we pray for ###'s knee, that You would bring healing and relief from pain. May ### also find peace and comfort in You during this time.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
