Beloved of All
God, protect me at all times from anyone who would seek my harm and anyone who doesn't truly care about me. Keep evil far from me, and keep those who practice evil even farther from me. Don't let Your servant fall into traps and devices of evil people, - keep me safe, and give me a future. I am not the judge of who is a good person, and who is a bad person - I am a man and I am only able to distinguish the fruits, and even then because I am committed to being an honest guy it can be hard to tell the good from the evil.
God, forgive me my sins because I love You, and don't let my stumblings land me in a pit of temptation, a pit of worry or fear - or worse: a pit prepared for me by those who don't worship You Jesus. I do worship You, Jesus, - and You lead me in a good way. I've never had much, but what You have given me has always been good - and Your love is kinder and more gracious than anything earthly.
God, I seek a future, because men and women look down on me. They say: he doesn't make enough money, - and they say: how is he living if he doesn't have this posession or that posession. I trust in God - and if right now I don't have much, I know there can come a day when I will have more. In the meantime, I am just focusing on You Jesus, and on my marriage - and I don't want for anything more than whatever is good to provide me with. I say thank You Jesus, - there is not a single thing that I've asked You for in the past that You have neglected to give me - and I pray that this will be just the same.
Let good people come into my life who are worth trusting. Let me live a meaningful life. Bless me, and keep evil far from me. The other night I was visiting with a friend, and I felt there was a lot going on in their world that wasn't good and of God. This person doesn't follow You, but I ask for You to keep them safe anyway Lord. I don't like being places where I don't feel that positive feeling that comes from You Jesus - although You're with me everywhere, the world is gone after what it does not know - and I have gone after You.
I ask that You bless me and J. together - and that if I made You angry, God, that You forgive me through the blood of Your son. Let good things happen to me, Lord, because I am here on account of that I called on God and truly began to live. Do not forfeit me over to temptations and worries, or anything evil that men lay as a trap for others - because I have called on the namesake of God, and His Son Jesus - a namesake You are sworn to uphold at all times.
I am sorry if it became hard to preach a good word in a dark place among those people last night - and forgive me if I said anything I really shouldn't have. The world is going a strange way - God, and let me not follow after what the world does.
God, I know there is a day coming when I can hold my head higher, and no one who looks at my life would be able to say anything less than that You were gracious to me, and merciful - and everything that is promised of You You brought into my life because I love You. I have experienced this before, and I give You praise Jesus - Your truth heals completely, Your love takes care of everything we need for.
In Jesus Christ's name even as I ask for these things for myself, I pray also for all those in dark places that one day they might find You, God. I know that this happens for some, and I myself used to be misguided when I was younger - and I didn't know to turn to You, God. Once You came into my life, everything changed - and I know that once You come into someones life Jesus, You don't leave for any reason because You said: 'I will never foresake you'.
You are my champion, Jesus, and You are perfect everywhere where we do not measure up - this is the grace of God to everyone who believes in Him.
