A friend hurt me. I forgive her sin because someone hurt her. How she was hurt explains partially in the way she acted that hurt me. I can forgive the person who hurt her because the way she acted towards my friend can be explained in the same way. Eventually we get back to "original sin". We are all guilty. We all have inherited original sin. That is why Jesus had to die on the cross. We are all guilty. I WILL NOT though let myself be riddled with false guilt, false shame, false anything!!!! I left an extremely manipulative friendship and her goal was to manipulate my feelings. She has lost control over that when I left the friendship. I will not be  manipulated where I pray. Lord Jesus I rebuke this false spirit of a False Jesus who is trying control how I feel and pray. I will no longer acknowledge any "trumped up charges" against me and allow Jesus through the Holy Spirit be the only ones who will convict my heart of sin from this friend. If they have a problem with me concerning a sin they feel they can do what the rest of us do, PRAY to JESUS about it. If it's REAL SIN I'm sure they will let me know in my heart.
