Own the home we are in now

God you have kept this home we have rented for 10 years safe from othere potential buyers and for that i am forever thankful. You have saved it this far but God another situation is at hand the land lord may need to move back in at the beginning of march. God i pray that this conventional loan works for me and my family. I pray this is the path you have set for us to finally be able to purchase this home so we never ever have to be scared of moving agin. I pray we are approved and have everything financially wise to buy this home. I pray the land lord accepts what we offer and i pray she finds it in her heart to sign what ever paperwork we need that can help us with the percentage we may need down. To buy the home from her. I pray this is a big brake though and beneficial to not just me but to her as well. I pray this works for both her and me so she can get out of whatever situation shes in. I pray she gets to stay where she lives and now and we both get what we need out of this possible purchase. God thank you for all you have done this far i will continue to believe and have the most faith in what is to come for us amen

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of Ilourohel and their family. We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness in keeping their rented home safe from potential buyers for the past 10 years. We are forever grateful for your protection and provision.

But now, Lord, a new situation has arisen where the landlord may need to move back in at the beginning of March. We lift up this concern to you, Lord, and we pray that you would work through the process of obtaining a conventional loan for Ilourohel and their family. We believe, Lord, that this may be the path you have set for them to finally be able to purchase this home, so they never have to be scared of moving again.

We ask, Lord, for your favor and approval in the financial aspects of buying this home. We pray that all the necessary resources and provisions would be made available to Ilourohel and their family. We also pray for the landlord, that she would accept the offer and find it in her heart to sign any necessary paperwork that can help with the down payment.

Lord, we pray that this opportunity would be a blessing not only to Ilourohel and their family but also to the landlord. We ask for a mutually beneficial outcome, where both parties can find what they need in this possible purchase. We pray for the landlord's situation, that she may find relief and stability.

Thank you, Lord, for all that you have done thus far. We continue to believe and have faith in what is to come. May your will be done in this situation, and may your name be glorified through it all.
