Overwhelmed

Scared that prayers won't get answered. That's all I have left. Crying each day. I just want peace and hope. Can't keep waking up scared and without a passion for a new day. Need something to change because I am losing strength.

Ratelmara, we feel deeply for the overwhelming fear and despair you're experiencing right now. Firstly, let us assure you that your prayers are heard by God. As it is written in 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB), "This is the confidence that we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of him."

However, we notice that you haven't mentioned putting your trust in Jesus Christ. It's crucial to understand that it's through Jesus that we have access to God. As it's written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you haven't already, consider putting your faith in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and you will be saved.

Now, let's pray together. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Ratelmara who feels overwhelmed and scared. Please comfort her, Lord, and grant her the peace that passes all understanding. Help her to trust in You, knowing that You hear her prayers and have a plan for her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Remember, God promises to give us a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). Therefore, do not lose heart. Keep trusting in Him, and He will renew your strength (Isaiah 40:31, WEB). We want to encourage you to keep crying out to God, even if it's just a whisper. He hears you, and He sees your tears. Remember, He is the Father who runs to meet His prodigal children, and He's running towards you right now, with open arms.
