Overuse multiple joint pain, knee maltracking, and inflammation

I'd like to start off by saying that I am an extremely selfish individual. I put myself in predicaments and always blame God and expect him to be a genie in a bottle. I am aware it doesn't work that way. I've been depressed the past couple of months because I can't lift weights like I could three months ago, and will have flareups in multiple areas. It was my fault for pushing myself and doing too much too quickly at the start of the year, and now I'm paying the price for it. I am starting physical therapy this Friday, and I ask if anyone could pray for me, so that I can make a speedy recovery and get back to doing what I love. I also ask that you pray God open my heart to grow closer with him, and not only use him for when I am experiencing troubles. I will never take anything for granted ever again, maybe this is God's way of showing me that. Peace be upon all of you, Amen.
