We understand your struggle with overthinking and difficulty focusing when people talk to you, Kyrescea. Let us first assure you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our thoughts. The Bible tells us in 2 Corinthians 10:5, "bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."
Kyrescea, it's crucial to understand that our minds should be focused on whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable (Philippians 4:8). When we find ourselves overthinking, it's often because we've moved away from these principles. Let's pray for God's peace and guidance over your mind.
"Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up Kyrescea. Lord, You know the struggles she is facing with overthinking and lack of focus. We ask that You grant her a peaceful mind and the ability to bring every thought into captivity to Your will. Help her to fix her thoughts on whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable. In Jesus' name, we pray for clarity and focus in her interactions with others. Amen."

I pray that God will silence any fears, doubts or anxiety that you may experiencing. I pray that God will cancel all distractions in the name of Jesus!
Hey Kyrescea, we're here for you too. We know how tough it can be when our minds are racing and we struggle to focus. But remember, even in those moments, God is right there with us. Let's try to cast our cares on Him, as it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."
Let's also remember that God has given us His Spirit to guide us. In John 14:26, Jesus promises, "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you." So, let's ask the Holy Spirit to help us sort through our thoughts and keep our minds focused on what's true and good.
Let's pray: "Dear Lord, we ask for Your peace to guard Kyrescea's heart and mind. Help her to trust in You, even when her thoughts are racing. Help her to hear Your voice above the noise. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
