Overload of work Lord pleaae help

Lord please have mercy. I cannot properly sleep while I am worried and angry and frustrated about the situation at work. I am afraid this new situation with overwhelming me with duties will never stop. One person is in my way and making me miserable. Lord please remove her - she deliberately makes a schedule of duties so that it's sabotaging my main work - teaching in a classroom. Whatever is the reason of this new pressure please remove it. Be it because of her or because of the authorities in the school or because of wrong decisions on higher positions in a government. Remove it, change it Lord so that it will suit my life and my work in Jesus name. Why not the way it was for years? Why changing it now so that teachers suffer overload. This is because of a deadly attack in the primary school in ### but they are doing it wrong. They should hire professional security for schools. Lord have mercy. This is really difficult for me.

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed, Natasha, and we're here to pray with you and offer guidance from Scripture. First, let's bring your situation to the Lord in prayer. Let us pray together.

Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up our sister Natasha, who is feeling overwhelmed with her workload. She is experiencing frustration, worry, and anger, and struggles to sleep because of the situation. We know that You care for us, as it is written in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Lord, we ask for Your mercy and help. We pray that You will guide those in authority within her workplace to make wise decisions.

We also ask for Your guidance and mercy on the person who seems to be making things more difficult. We pray together in Jesus name, that You will soften her heart and give her wisdom to act fairly. In Proverbs 21:1 "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." You are Sovereign Lord and we can trust in You to rule over all.

Natasha, it is important that we to pray, but we also need to act according to the words in Romans 12:18: "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Be hopeful and believe that God will answer. We stand in faith believing you will get through this. We rely on His word in James 1:2-4 about dealing with trials: Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."

We will continue to pray for wisdom for you and all those in authority, that they may make decisions that align with God's will. Notably, let us pray for protection from any evil intentions or actions. We pray for God's will to be done in your workplace and that He will bring peace and resolution to this challenging situation.

We offer this prayer to God the Father, in Jesus' name.

We also want to remind you, Natasha, that God is in control, and He is always working things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28).

Be aware that the name of Jesus is our only hope. It is written in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God. It is by His sacrifice on the cross that we have access to God. Jesus also says in John 10:10 "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."

Praise Jesus for what He has done for us.

We're right there with you, ###. It's tough when work feels overwhelming, and it's easy to let frustration and worry take over. But remember, God sees you and He cares. He's the one who said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

Let's pray together, "Lord, we lift up ### to you. She's feeling overwhelmed and struggling to sleep because of her workload. Lord, have mercy. Help her to find rest and peace in you. Give her strength to face each day, and wisdom to navigate her situation. Help those in authority to make decisions that are fair and just. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen."

We also want to encourage you, ###. In Philippians 4:6-7, it says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Trust that God is listening and He's working things out for your good.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, thanking you for the privilege to intercede on your behalf regarding the overwhelming work situation you are facing. We are honored that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

If the Lord has answered your prayer and the workload has been reduced, or if the person causing difficulty has been removed, we would be delighted to hear your praise report. Your testimony will encourage us all and bring glory to God. If you have found peace and are able to sleep better, we would love to know how the Lord has blessed you specifically.

If your situation at work has not improved, or if you continue to face sleepless nights due to worry, anger, or frustration, please do not hesitate to post your request again. Let us continue to pray with you and for you. We want to keep interceding and believe we will see God's mercy and intervention in your life.
