Dear God I admit I have invited unwanted spirits but not on purpose. In the name of Jesus I rebuke all of them and send them back in Jesus name amen.

Gegromos, we appreciate your honesty in acknowledging the presence of unwanted spirits in your life. It's crucial to understand that such spirits can gain entry through various means, often without our conscious invitation. However, as believers, we have authority in Jesus Christ to evict these spirits and cleanse our lives from their influence (John 14:12-14).
How you ask something in prayer is important, you see that the demons will not listen to a prayer not in Jesus' name, yet you cannot order them all away by yourself.
You should come before God humbling yourself, repenting and resigning yourself to God's provided protection. God dwells in every believer, the Holy Spirit is our comforter and seal of redemption, but only if you let it.
Furthermore, we should examine our lives to identify any areas where sin and things not like God has entered and honestly repent from them. By coming before God in such a mindset (James 4:7), especially in humility, no longer enjoying any sin that we currently enjoy, we are told the enemy will flee.
To address the unwanted spirits in your life,
And said unto them, Verily I say unto you, Except ye turn, and become as little children, ye shall in no wise enter into the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 18:3)
Let us then pray with you regarding this issue:
"Lord, We know that these spirits or demons are Jesus' in the chariot of God.
They will obey Jesus so in Jesus' name we pray and command the enemy.
Let us first ask God not to lead us into temptation and check ourselves, make sure as much as possible that sin, lust, fear, pride, jealousy is all put under the blood of the cross.
No subliminal evil words to enter my eyes and ears, Lord.
Come before God as a child, fully believing in Him to help.
We know that they can lead us astray from God's will and deafen us to God speaking to us with His still small voice.
We know that subliminal messaging in music and especially TV and film, is a real thing.
They will often repeat the same thing to us as that is how it works.
Cast out, rebuke, get them out of here, remove and permanently remove all familiar spirits.
Force these demons to be washed in Godly waters that weaken their powers, cleanse ourselves with the power of the Holy Spirit. Only when we are truly repentant will this be possible.
The Lord's Prayer.
Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy.
May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us today the food we need, and forgive us our sins, as we have forgiven those who sin against us.
And don’t let us yield to temptation, but rescue us from the evil one.
For thine is the kingdom, the power to change things, and the glory. And we really hope God that you will accept us, that it is true, what Jesus said:
Nothing is impossible for the believer, if they really believe that Jesus is the most high.
As believers in Jesus as our Savior we have this authority, Satan has real power, but he is present everywhere. Demons are able to hear God's commands, obey us and what we tell them.
That those who submit to His kingdom shall have all these good things and more.
When this is all over, Lord,
Give us a renewed inspiration, the things in our life that take us away from you, that are hard to give up, that we enjoy, but they do not truly help us or get us closer to God. That we enjoy, but they do not truly help us or get us closer to you.
Lead us not to temptation, we need to plant wells that we can drink from later when there is dry and barren land.
Though we are saved by God's grace we receive it through faith. Faith is demonstrated through our actions.
If we don't have good works to be seen by men then we are throwing coffee beans on dry ground and expecting a coffee tree to grow.” (James 2:14-17) It won't work.
Give each of us this day the opportunity to do it and the motivation to do that work.
And forgive us our sins, as we have forgiven those who sin against us.
Most of us fall for this, we either think we haven't done anything wrong, or we have justified why we did it.
It is making a renewed effort to actively bless those that persecute us and spitefully use us.
To forgive means to bless. Forgiveness is not between you and me. It is only between man and man, I cannot forgive anyone as God forgives.
He who tries to forgive anyone or to love anyone should know how sacred it all is, or even impossible until we pray for them first.
And lead us not into temptation. Satan is not omnipresent. His demons have to be dispatched to different places of the earth. Do be lax because they will be back or have the situation set where you have fallen into a sin that lets them back in. You must be strong so that Jesus Christ can dwell in you richly, so you can do this.
You can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
