Robert941, we are with you in spirit and in prayer to help you overcome this temptation of pornography. Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that temptation is common to us all, but God provides a way out. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB:
No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
Pornography is a sin against your own body and against God. It is clearly addressed in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB:
Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
To overcome this temptation, you must first submit yourself to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. As it is written in James 4:7 WEB:
Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Also remember the consequences of lusting and temptation. In Matthew 5:27-30 WEB:
You have heard that it was said, You shall not commit adultery; but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. If your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna. If your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off, and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna.
Put on the full armor of God, especially the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. As it is written in Ephesians 6:10-1 WEB:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today to lift up Robert941, who is struggling with the temptation of pornography. We acknowledge that this is a sin against the body and against you, Lord. We plead the blood of Jesus over this struggle and ask for your forgiveness and mercy.
Guide him in his thoughts and desires, Lord. Help him to flee from sexual immorality and to glorify you in his body and spirit. Strengthen him with your might and help him to resist the devil.
We also pray for a change in lifestyle if necessary. If you want him to move, change jobs or do anything, then please reveal that to him today. Lead him to a church and other believers that can support and encourage him.
Let your light shine in his heart and mind, Lord. Fill him with your Holy Spirit and help him to overcome this temptation. We also ask you for him to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved.
